I think this kid can play and I like his development so far.

He has a long way to go on timed routes and passing the ball overall.

He cannot see the whole field yet.  I was at the Carolina game on the third deck about 10 yard line and i could see wide open receivers downfield Mond never saw.  But you can't give the kid a shot and put 3 years worth of starting experience in him. It will just take time.  Sumlin lost both Allen and Murrary so we are where we are.  One of the reasons he's on the hot seat.  It seems as though many of his hopes are pinned on a fish QB in the SEC.  That must be a very breezy feeling.
