I thought the weed wasn't his? If so, then why plead guilty? He will be sentence on 11/2. Punishment is 180 days to 2 yrs in jail and up to a $10K fine.
The one thing I find weird about this is that it was originally reported that it was more than 5lbs of weed. I wonder if him pleading guilty was a plea deal where they lowered the amount (less of a felony).

Yeah, that's probably what happened, although I've forgotten the facts. But that's fairly common in my experience.

haha and tu fans were defending him. if he didn't do it would he really take the blame w/ 2 years on the line.

Yeah....basically plead guilty to a lesser charge to prevent the felony from going on your record. DA will do that in a heartbeat because its one less guy on the court docket. Man, that sucks to have to go to jail after being set up. ;)

Thats too bad for the sips, i alwasy thought he was a better runner than Charles. but thats good for us though. Correct me if im wrong, but didnt ramonce score 2 tds last year against us, and we shut down charles?

Ramonce was pretty key in that game. But I think Charles still had the lingering effects of his injury.
