12th Man Towels

(saw a thread on ta.com reminding everyone to bring their 12th Man Towels to the game this weekend. i wanted to continue the reminder here.)



Everyone bring their 12th Man Towels to the game on Saturday when we BTHO tech!! WHOOP!!

If you don't have one, people usually are selling them outside of Kyle Field before the game for $1.

I think I have a dozen or so 12th Man Towels. I forget to bring them all the time and end up buying one for $1 outside the stadium.

why does there need to be a big campaign to remind people to bring their 12th man towels? i always thought that was just what you did, kinda like wearing maroon to the game and scoring after the team scores. i never forget my 12th man towel for any game.

well, i have not been to a game this season, so i was just curious. when i was there i can remember the first game being like a "fuzz out" with everyone with new towels and all the fuzz getting blown off the towels from waiving them so much.

because in the last 4-5 years the number of people with towels has drastically declined.

and this is not a big campaign, just a friendly reminder.

I still try...as long as I stand next to NPLAggie I'm good to go because he's only like 5 inches taller than me
