It was that easy to bring those back? I figured there was some reason that they weren't back yet. Is there a website that lists all the available games so that we can see which ones we liked that are missing?

i happened to have those on our old server still so it was a matter of moving the game file and images over to the new one and then go in and add it in the arcade admin section. the others will be harder to do.

Do you still have Missile Attack (I think that is what it was called)? It was the one where you had to shoot the missiles at the meteors.

There was also a cool one where you had to blow up buildings with lasers so that your spaceship could land, but I don't remember the name of that one.

As long as that game has been here, I don't think anyone has figured out how to land the glider. I just run into the rock wall & crash.

Ok made one change to the arcade im sure most of you have noticed by now.... I never did like that scrolling thing before and I happened to notice it will list your high scores with just the icon so I switched to that view and I think it looks much nicer.

He already did. There's no way I'll get a high score in any golf game(of which 2 were added today).

dont worry as part of the changes I made all high scores will only last 6 months now. So after 6 months all of his high scores will be gone. I did this to give everybody a shot at the high scores so one time sombody gets insanely lucky with a game and gets a score nobody will ever get. this should help eliminate that to a degree.

That just ruined the arcade for me. What good is a high score if they are erased? That's almost negative rep worthy.

I think the fact that I have EIGHT high scores proves that it isn't "luck."

Let me ask this ever since your high score in tetris there has been 20 mins logged in it because nobody knows they will be hitting your score so nobody plays it anymore. If there are insane hihg scores in every game most people wont even bother to attempt playing the games anymore and the arcade wont be used anymore. Thats why I did it was by looking at the actual data in the arcade.

6 months is a pretty good amount of time and its not like its impossible to get your scores back... just play the game again.

And I bet all 20 of those minutes was me. I've hit over 125K(double the second place score) at least a dozen times.

I'm pretty consistent. I'll maintain all those scores. It will just be frustration on my part. If anything, you'll also be giving me the PacMan high score, since Guatemalan had one lucky game and I've hit right below that score several times. The only score I have that's in danger is curveball. I'll play again and keep those high scores(thus "ruining" the arcade), so the only result will be frustration for me. Changing the rules to take someone out of the game is pretty sorry, and I'm determined not to let it work.

Seems like the Adventure Golf high scores are backwards. The high scores are registering by who used the most strokes. ???

:D I had to get it back from you, and I just turned 30, so while not quite an "old foggie" yet, I am quickly leaving the young guns behind. ;)

Caleb came in a destroyed my Breakout score, though. There's no way I'm going to top him. I have just over half his score, and that took waaaay too long. I was bored as hell by the end.

My favorites are the Just Chipping, the QB Challenge, and Curveball. I just can't quite seem to get past level 8 on Curveball, though.

Got a 19 Kyle. Thanks to you, I have done absolutely nothing this afternoon but try and beat your score. The best I can tell, a 15 is the absolute lowest possible score on that game, so there is still room to improve.

Hahahaha! I think 13 is possible, but you'd have to have a perfect round.

Hole 1: Easy 1
Hole 2: 2 is doable
Hole 3: 2
Hole 4: Pretty easy 1
Hole 5: Easy 2, I can see you could probably get a 1, but haven't done it yet.
Hole 6: 2
Hole 7: 2, but its tough
Hole 8: 2, but I've barely missed a 1 a couple of times, so it can be done.
Hole 9: 1 or 2

If you can get a 1 on 5, 8, and 9, that's a 13. I can't beat your 19 yet, though, so that 13's a long way off. :)
