I grew up in Houston and never heard of Reed Rowdies until my freshman year at A&M.

Nope, and I live in a "basketball" family that watches that sport all the time. My parents aren't Aggies, though.

C'mon, before 2004, did anyone even realize that Texas A&M had a basketball team. We should thank God every day for Billy Gillispie.
