The concept of the "Texas Fans Make Us Proud" initiative is to make that statement a fact and not just a plea, said Jim Boon, executive director of Texas Exes, the alumni group leading the charge.

Kinda funny that they need an official plea to their fans to try to get them to behave.

Yet Tech seems proud of what they see as intimidating behavior. It truly is disgusting.

Please tell me that you current students are still encouraged to keep any offensive Aggie fans in line if necessary. Do you still tell loudmouths to "rest" or is that now only an Old Army memory?

Don't you lot be disapponting me next weekend or else I'll force my child to go to Bible college in lieu of A&M.

I intend to take pictures of anyone I see misbehaving but will take hush money to NOT forward them to your parents or the student government.

i usually do my best to reason with people who get loud and carried away, although, i have to admit, i did go overboard with my misbehavior the one game where ark state almost came back and beat us at Kyle. (2003 i think)

I've personally experienced the worst Aggie behavior from the old Ags. The young ones are tame by comparison.
