i have not established my plan yet. i think i will spend a good while at The Chicken before each game and possibly just locate some of the ole friends around campus for some tailgating.

I am not going to cook too much for the Sept games - maybe some burgers, dogs, etc. Too freakin hot and I don't have my smoker I want yet. I will be drinking Dustin under the table on Sat though. Especially when he wimps out and goes home after the game!!! :D

We want to have some early September unofficial tail-gate -- maybe we can all mash it into one (it won't be citadel though). that way Dustin gets his BBQ and there's more beer to go around.

Last year for the tu game we had whiskey and coke on tap. Throughout the year we cooked chicken gumbo, fajitas, sausage, boudin, and crawfish. I'm definitely making a huge bowl of maroon kool-aid with everclear for the first game though.
