Sweet. I didn't even know this existed. Its even better since my Treo phone syncs up to my Outlook. So, these will all automatically go into my phone calendar.

The specific directions are on that site below the files.

From your Outlook 'File' menu, select 'Import and Export'.

3. Click 'Import from another program or file'.

4. Select "Comma Separated Values (Windows)" and click Next.

5. Find the file 04SPORTNAME.csv (on the desktop) and select "Do not import duplicate items" and click Next.

6. Select your 'calendar' as the destination folder.

7. The next window will have a title that says 'The following actions will be performed:' above an option to 'Import "04SPRING.CSV" into folder: Calendar.'

8. Check that box and and click on 'Import "04SPORTNAME.csv" into folder: Calendar'

(If you'd like Outlook to place a reminder, switch REMINDER_ON_OFF to Reminder On/Off.)

9. Click on 'Finish' to complete the import process.
