Who wins tonight? and Why? What will be the contribution of a "hurting" Dwane Wade?

Pistons win because they want it more. Shaq and company have coasted through the playoffs and haven't faced a win or go home game. They won't be able to hang with the bang you low, beat you up, we're gonna win this game attitude of the Pistons displayed in Game 6.
Final Score Pistons 92 - Heat 87.

Shaq and ZO can't hang with the Pistons physically. BULL****. Take Chauncy Billups or Ben Wallace or any main star out of a game against a Finals worthy team and see what happens. You don't judge a man by how he acts when he's got the advantage (Heats best player out, homecourt, having to actually be in detroit at all), you judge them by how they act/play when they are down. If they win today maybe you can say that, but not right now.

I think I can say that now :D
Also, I did pretty damn good on the score. Combined, missed their totals by less than 10 points.
