Why are you the religion you (personally) are?
Is it because you were raised to believe a certain thing, or did you consider other religions along the way?

Catholic
Raised that way. Looked around at one point, but I felt catholism was the best for me.

Catholic as well.
I questioned it a little in high school, for all the wrong reasons (my gf), but once I came to college it really seemed that it was the way to be.

Get this.
I met this seriously seemingly normal chick who's in Tri Delt freshman year.
I start to like her and i ask her if she wants to go to church one Saturday, and it turns out she's a Wican. She had all this wierd **** in a box under her bed. We still talk, but i couldn't bring myself to ask out a witch.

Have you heard anything about the "St. Mary’s Parking Bldg"?
It was in the CS Business and Development Newsletter.

Lutheran here, raised that way but I have been open to other denominations, such as Methodists and Baptists. I respect them, but neither were for me. Catholics are great too, but they are a little too strict for me....

Wow, lots of catholics. I'm catholic myself, mexican-american so I was raised that way. When I was in school, I used to go to St. Mary's, St. Anthony's was cool too. St. Joseph's, the priest was a bit to strict and monotone. Whenever I got the the urge to listen to mass in spanish, I'd head down to St. Teresa's in Bryan. I respect all other christian religions, and I would gladly go to one of their services if invited, but I will always be Catholic. I too love the tradition. :)
FYI...thought I'd have a hard time finding a church when I moved to MD, but this place is as Catholic as you can get, with some enormous churches. Surprised me kind off, maybe it shouldn't have.

"On the playground is where I spent most of my days...chillin' out maxin' relaxin' all cool, playing some bball outside of the school, when a couple of guys who were up to no good...started making trouble in my neighborhood.........."
Ahh, nevermind. Just keep reading the above quote with this one...you'll get it.

Yeah, I almost didn't post it. I'm already responsible for derailing about 5 topics...
Just give me 2 minutes and I can take any subject off topic. :undecided

None. Organized religion is the cause of virtually every violent struggle in the history of mankind.
