I was looking for Brooks - last year at TAMU was the only year Kermit Davis coached the boys.

Brooks got to ride the coat tails of Shaq & Penny into the playoffs.

Where is he now?

http://thesundevils.collegesports.com/sports/m-baskbl/mtt/thompson_brooks00.html

Looks like he's put on a few since Oliver Miller picked his pocket at mid court at G Rollie and took it the other way for a dunk - Ah, those were the days

Career (may be incomplete) $3,079,800

This guy was a total NBA bust (4 seasons with no impact at all), and he is financially set for life.

Wow, that basketball reference site was pretty cool. It gives the total salary earned by each player over the span of their career.

Kareem Abdul-Jabbar - $20,282,494
Larry Bird - $26,495,000

In case you're wondering about the payscale for each spot, here's a resource:

This is the Rookie Salary Scale for 1st round draft picks for the 2004-2005 season. The teams may sign a player ranging from 80% - 120% of the scale for the position in which the player was selected, and in almost every case the player is signed for 120% of the scale value. Unsigned players count at 100% of scale for the team's salary (against the cap).

Lavender and Mckinzie killed us last year. Lavender is short, but lightning fast. Sad for the sooners, but I'm glad we don't have to play him again. :D

If it wasn't for Lavender, we would have won at least one of those 2 games against OU this year.

Okay I would rather see AWright go to Toronto or Charlotte then the Clippers thats horrible, but I'd still support'em if he did.

the Clippers could be better if they had better management. Whoever's in charge over there just keeps running their team into the ground.

And they like running them into the ground cause it happens every year.
