Theft charges against Texas A&M basketball player Marlon Pompey were dropped earlier this month by the Brazos County Attorney's office after prosecutors said there was no evidence tying him to the stolen merchandise.

This is good news and I hope the charges were false. He has a bright future ahead of him and I would hate to see another talente athlete mess that up.

Yeah, thats good to hear. I never thought that he knew that it was stolen. I remember being in college & running into people all the time that were in desperate need of money. They would unload their valuables at less than its value just to get some cash.
