Arkansas-Fort Smith head men's basketball coach Jeremy Cox has accepted an assistant position at Texas A&M, the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette reported Friday.
UA-Fort Smith ahtletics director confirmed Cox's move, saying "Jeremy does a great job, and when you hire good people and they have success, there's always a chance they'll move on."
Cox led UA-Fort Smith to the junior college national championship this season, posting a 197-62 record in eight seasons with the Lions.
