Brings back memories, I bought a mobile home, for undergraduate/graduate school. For the same reasons, it was cheaper than an apartment. Might help a bit if you give us an idea how much is owed on the loan, so folks can have an idea of the purchase price. It's too bad most parks won't allow sublease, or else it would be a great investment property.
