"The Press Box" - Member's Only Sports Talk
"Will Call" - Ticket Office
"12th Man Cafe" - Members Only General Talk
"General" - Leave as General - (I mean - c'mon, it's general talk!)
"Aggie Network" - Aggie Network
"Aggie Hotties" - Aggie Hotties
"Northgate" - Entertainment
"Academic Plaza" - Academics
"West Campus" - Business & Politics


Idea presented that the following should not be changed because they are general subjects, not just A&M related.

"The Zone" - A&M Football
"Olsen Magic"[polish suggestion] - Baseball
"Reed Rowdies" or "G-town"[polish suggestion] - Basketball


SELECTION 2 (Selection 1 plus:)


"Scoreboard" or "Pardon The Interruption"[soreal suggestion] - Rivalries
"Church Street" - Religion & Philosophy
"Prospects" - Recruiting
"Sports Talk" or "The Others" - Other Sports


Or do you have other ideas???

Just thought of something about these. Even though they are good names (whoever said Olsen Magic is a genius), Pro sports are inevitably gonna be posted there too, so maybe it shouldn't be school related.

I like it either way though, and G-town is way cooler than Reed Rowdies dammit :mad:

This is true. Earlier we were discussing that we might just change all the other forums and just leave Football, basketball and baseball alone due to the fact that people from other schools wouldn't really know what the forums are for under these nicknames.

I like Sports Talk for Other Sports. You could call it PTI (Pardon The Interruption) since there will be people going back and forth arguing about their views and other posters coming in to correct them (ie. Stat Boy). This a thought.
