Final Coaches Votest to Be Made Public

It's official, the final votes by Coaches wil be made public starting this season. It's the first time it's like this (and is completely voluntary), the coaches were not required to agree to this.

Good news for those who don't want to see coaches vote to benefit...(i.e. Fran votes Texas #3 last year, so they receive enough votes to move up to BCS bowl, Ags get Cotton Bowl instead of Holiday). <-- this is a scenario I made up...not real. Or if a coach just votes for his conference team as #1 because of money sharing within a conference.

We wanted coaches votes to be public during the year so teams wouldn't get screwed GETTING INTO BOWLS.

By the end, they mean end of the regular season. This is to put scrutiny on Pac-10 coaches who have all of their weak teams ranked highly and also to keep coaches like Mack Brown from ranking their own team #1, when it's obvious that they aren't.
