StructuralPoke and all others, on my behalf and that of Aggiesfans.com I'm sure, my sincere condolence on the passing of Vernon Grant. My thoughts and prayers are with his family and the OSU. It is truely a tragedy when someone so young passes away.

My prayers and condolences go out to his family and the whole Oklahoma State Cowboys family. An incident like this extends beyond rivalries and opponents.

To make this story even more sad is that Vernon's mother died of a heart attack before last season, and after his tragic death, Vernon is leaving behind a 9 month old son (Vernon III). :cry:

Yeah -- it's really a tragic thing. I heard that he wasn't wearing his seat belt. Seems like a senseless way to go.

It is good to hear that some people here agree that some things go past schools and rivalries. I'm sure the family appreciates all your thoughts and prayers.
