Milwaukee will pick first, followed by Atlanta, followed by the Trailblazers.

A. Wright's is showing up on the ticker as Jay Bilas 15th overall pick. An Aggie in the NBA, hell yeah! Best of luck to Antoine, he deserves to fulfill his lifelong dream.

What a damn joke.

Why dont they just pick by record.

Yes, Yes...I know WHY they do the lottery but that crap is over with,

I agree....draft picks should be based on record of finish.

Actually, it motivates teams to not try and lose all of their last few games. Look what Atlanta did, they traded Antoine Walker for Gary Payton and then cut him to save money. The lottery was a success this year in that Atlanta won't be able to get Andrew Bogut now. If teams are throwing games in order to get good draft picks, it takes away from the integrity of the game.

Michael Redd is a great all-star caliber player, and with a big man like Bogut they should be a playoff team very soon. You have to feel good about Milwaukee winning this year.

Also, as a Rockets fan, I love the lottery. We struck gold with the first overall picks in 1983 (Ralph Sampson), 1984 (Hakeem Olajuwon) and 2002 (Yao Ming).

Atlanta would have made that move whether they had the draft picks or not as they need the cap room.

People could make the same case for football and baseball and hockey drafts.

It makes zero sense...

I'm still pissed because the Hornets are my favorite team along with the Spurs and we had a terrible season...yet get shafted for the 4th pick. That sucks!

Exactly.

This does not help the teams that need the help the most, which is absurd.
