I'll never bring up "Bo Knows" commercials here as I limp close enough to my Clapper to turn my 8-track player off......

Those MJ/Mars Blackman spots were critically aplauded for being one of the first marketing schemes to single out an African-American athelete to advertise for a major corporation. To my memory O.J. Simpson, with Hertz, was the only other to that point in time.
