I cut way down on beer too..... Not because of weight gain because I am the perfect height and weight, of course, but I figure my liver was taking a pounding from going out every night. Now I can go out, have 2-3 beers, and just drink water the rest of the night. Life is much better when you can still go out every night and still be able to run or make soccer practice every day.
