In a news release, Gundy said the players were dismissed for violating team policies, but he would not elaborate.

Hey -- at least one vote of confidence. There is too much new to be wildly optimistic, for me at least. The potential is there though...
8 would be nice, but going into the season on a complete restart, 7 my mark so far... I just hope we aren't 5th in the south again. (and yes, I'm sure the 6th in the south jokes will follow...)

I do like Larry Fedora, the new OC at OSU. Unfortunately he's in the Big 12. I wish he had stayed at Illinois with Zook. I think the Cowboy fans are going to love their offense-if properly executed.
