Astros/Rangers Predictions

Just wondering what people would predict for the upcoming series. I see the Rangers winning 2 but wouldn't be surprised if they swept.

Ya probably, but seeing the Astros ability to hit the ball lately I'm pretty confident in my prediction, bias or not.

Truth be told, both of these teams are terrible right now. Losing Beltran killed the Astros, and I don't keep up with the Rangers enough to know why they aren't as good as last year.

Last time I checked the Rangers weren't bad just playing some hard teams at the moment. Rangers up 7-3 top 9th game 1.

The Astros are just plain horrible this year. I feel bad for season ticket holders and Drayton McLane....he's from Temple (where I'm at)...I actually work for his old company - McLane....

I still wonder why the Astros didn't offer whatever the hell Beltran wanted and kept kent for two years and taken a shot at the WS. I mean good God, you don't get many shots at it

Ya I think the Astro's killed their season by not offering Beltran what he wanted, its hard to replace the kind of offense he brings to the game in a couple of months and its really showing.
