In an article from the American Press (Lake Charles, Louisiana) they wrote an article about McNeese State and their coach (an Aggie Grad).
McNeese is prepared for rude treatment from a partisan crowd.
"They average 2,000 fans a game and a lot of them are students," Denham said. "And they just yell at each and every player non-stop."
There may be extra heckling for Malveaux, one of their own. But there's disagreement on whether he'll wear his class ring.
"I'm not changing now," he said.
"We're going to make him take it off before the game," Denham said.
I know that Iowa State complained that we had rude fans, but still, in general, is it that bad? McNeese played here last year and won a game 1-0. So, it's not like they don't know what the atmosphere could be like.
And why do they think we would get on the coach because he was a former Aggie? I want all former Aggies at any college to do well (except when they play the Ags). I'm not going to bash a guy because he went to A&M but is now coaching 'the enemy'. He's trying to make a living and got a job where he could.
Am I the only one that feels this way?
