Man Kubiak got himself one hell of an assitant. I like the confidence of Kubiak in this hire, because Sherman is one hell of a coach, Kubiak didn't show an insecurity complex as has been suggested of our headcoach.

They were friends when they both coached at A&M. Great hire.

I think with Kubiak and Sherman you are gonna see a vast improvment with the offense. I am still concerned about the defense though. If a right a d-coordinator has been named and he is not a big name. We'll see though..
