Yeah, so I went and saw this movie last night. We were really bored. Wouldn't really recommend it, but seriously, would you have really expected me to?
Good news is Paris Hilton's not the worst actress/actor in the movie. That distinction is reserved for her boyfriend the "token" black guy in the movie.
Anybody else see this movie? What did you think?

Let the wimp comments begin :p , as a rule I don't watch scary movies. Mrs. MarylandAg however is a big fan. She tried to talk me into going to see Saw, but I had to say, hell NO! Funny thing is she watches them and then is scared half out of her wits, what is the fun in that. I do like psycho type thrillers, like Silence of the Lambs is a good example. But you guys can enjoy the Excerosist (sp?), Friday the 13th, Jeepers Creepers, type films all you want, I will pass, thank you very much. :cheesy:

It honestly wasn't scary. You knew everytime something was about to happen, and all the "murders" happened just off screen. There were some pretty graphic parts, but overall, not scary.
Oh, and yes, you're a wimp. :)

Not your self out Vly :p , "wasn't scary" , "murders happened off screen", yeah right, I've heard that before. :D , I just don't relish the though of waking up from a nightmare in a cold sweat.

Instead of continuing to tell you it wasn't, I'll wait for somebody else to post about the movie. We'll see what they say.
I will say, Paris Hilton looks good only in one scene. The rest of the movie, she looks drugged out or tired - I couldn't figure which.

The Original is very good, go watch the 1953 verison. Never ever watch remakes, 98 times out of 100 they suck

They had an advanced showing last Thursday at Rudder Theatre that I went to. The crowd clapped when Paris Hilton was killed.
The movie wasn't great, but I have definitely seen worse.

Yeah, same when I went...
All the deaths in that movie seemed too easy/fake. I don't want to go into details because not everybody's seen it, but it seemed like every cut was clean and straight across, not to mention the javelin throw was 'dead' on (pun intended). And Paris had the dumbest death scene...

Yeah, but that's how those movies are. The first guy survived too much IMO, nobody would still be alive after that.

I agree....but he deserved everything he got. Here's my impression of that guy's character.
"Hi, I'm 10. I see something, I'm going to go pick it up...I have no respect for anything. It's unlocked, let's go in. This is a creepy house with weird stuff...I'll go in this room and play while my 'HOT' girlfriend waits for me outside."

Doesn't Paris get naked or show her top?

She gets down to her underwear in a strip tease scene.

After seeing her internet video, I just see a skank whenever I look at her.

Here's my impression of that guy's character.
You described most characters of almost every teen horror flick.
