Actually I think if Tim Tebow goes to UF, Snead could possibly be reconsidering his commitment. Damn, I'm shocked he picked UF over us. Apparently though, He likes Urban Meyer and his offense, and thats why he choose UF. Can't blame him though, playing in Meyer's Spread Offense is a QB's dream.

I thought he would have liked the fact that A&M is close to home and Fran runs the spread also though, but beats me I guess...

Urban is on a honeymoon now.

When he losses 2-3 games next year, it will stop.

If Tebow goes to UF, i could see Snead reconsidering. If not, i bet he keeps his word.

Wish we could have landed this kid, but like always, there will be others either this year or next. I think Meyer is a good coach and certainly an above average recruiter, but we really have to consider how much having McGee here already factors into the equation, you have to figure that kids consider having to sit behind McGee and he will only be a redshirt fish this year, so four more years. IMO, you want a kid with the character to take an a challenge like that and have confidence in his abililty to become the top dog regardless of classification. Not saying Snead doesn't possess these qualities but you have to believe that some made him aware of the current QB situation and McGee's status. Just my two cents.

Maryland,

That plays a huge role in coaches recruiting. It is a given that Meyer was pushing that on him. It's all BS anyways, but Snead bought into it and that's fine and dandy. The only thing is, what classification is Leak out there at UF? Isn't he pretty young in his career, i know not as young as McGee, but....... Oh well, maybe he fell in love with the oranges or something. All i know is that we'll land somebody and Fran and Co. will turn him into a helluva QB and maybe one day we'll get the chance to play Mr. Snead in a bowl game and the CREW will explain to him why nobody should ever give up the chance not to have to stand on the other side of the ball as them.
