Bravo Sierra 2006. I was "addicted" too. Until I made my mind up to stop. Cut down on the sodas then give them up. See if you not only feel better, but lose weight too. All that processed sugar and chemicals are no bueno.

It can be done. If you want caffeine, drink tea, with no sugar.

I've tried several times. I usually do pretty well durring the summers, but when school picks up I fell like I can't go without it. Plus it's hard when it's all around you everwhere. That'll be my new years resolution...again.

Hey, you posted the figure and made it possible to figure out(for anyone who wanted to do that). I weigh 200(I was 165 two years ago), so you'll never hear me call you fat.
