We're in Texas, I don't think basketball will ever replace football as "the" sport, and besides if the sport we rocked in was "the" sport then the Aggie Women's Soccer Team would have more than 1500 in attendance at every game.

Well Billy G definately has the b-ball program turned around, but it will never surpass football at A&M. It will however continue to grow though and it will finally become a major mens sport here.

Yeah, it'll help the university tons though. Imagine competing for the Big XII and NCAA Tournament year in and year out. Think of the extra cash flows, the TV time, etc. -- It'd be big for A&M.
