Houston Bowl Moving To Dec. 31st

HOUSTON, TX - On Saturday, December 31, 2005 at 1:30 pm CST, the EV1.net Houston Bowl 2005 will kick off in Reliant Stadium. The EV1.net Houston Bowl is a college football match-up between a Big 12 Conference team and a Southeastern Conference team. Last year featured an adrenaline pumping battle between the UTEP Miners, lead by Head Coach Mike Price versus Head Coach Gary Barnett's Buffalos of University of Colorado. Colorado came out on top with a 33-28 victory over UTEP that was truly a battle up until the last minute of the game. Now sports fans and industry insiders alike are wondering what two teams will be this year's contenders for the coveted EV1.net Houston Bowl 2005 trophy.

Wasn't that the Alamo Bowl? The Houston Bowl was Colorado and UTEP.

Iwent to Houston every year I could when i was in high school. However i wouldn't go anymore mainly cause thats my birthday and i can do better than that I hope. :)
