My opinions:

Penn State, Alabama, Oregon, Minnesota and West Virginia are underrated.

California and Louisville are overrated.

I don't know how Purdue got 8 votes. They are 2-3(0-2) and their only wins are against Akron and Arizona.

Earlier in the year, it seemed like there were 15 different teams you could justify in the 20-25 range. This week, there were about 22 teams that deserve to be ranked, and the other votes went to an assortment of mediocre teams(A&M, Georgia Tech, TCU, Baylor, etc.)

They are behind two teams with a loss, and I think Florida State isn't as good as Penn State.
