Did anybody else catch these comments from Fran on the press conference? What is up with that, I live in the forest, they don't live in the forest, if you lived in the forest.... something around those lines. It was just strange hearing it.

Sounds to me like there are attitude and injury problems and he won't name names.

I sort off got that impression to. Like he was trying to say something but he didn't. He did mention it took "six long years" at New Mexico State. He mentioned "glory is fleeting". All I know is this is getting more troubling by the minute.

Are you sure he was talking about trees & forest & not weeds in your garden?

ROTFLMAO, that is all I will say. :D I'm listening to the press conference on AUA then all of a sudden he starts talking about the forest, WTF!

Humm, maybe he can't see the forest because their are too many trees in the way.

Maybe we should just chop down the damn forest.

He must have been talking about his most recent motivational movie.

Well, with the way McNeal has been throwing the ball, I can think of one line outta that movie that makes perfect sense...."Run, Reggie!!!! RUN!!!!"

I have to think that there are some dicipline problems between Fran/other coaches and the players, because it seems very obvious there is a motivation problem...but that has to be coming from somewhere.

yeah I feel like there is something there and we aren't hearing the full story....I wish we could just know exactly everything that is going on...all this damn coach speak is like a comlicated forest...I wish I could inject Fran with truth serum and he would tell me everything.

Yea, seems like Fran's speaking in code..unfortunately the players are also still a bit behind the learning curve on "decoding" him.

I hate it when people speak in code. You have to have such a high IQ to understand everything. You try to weed out the meaningless stuff & hang onto the stuff that really matters...but some things are higher on people's list of importance than others.

Maybe we should get some of that powerful weed killler, what is it 2-4-D and just spray coach frans little forest and then we could all see what he's talking about

It could be worse. He could talk about being the ship's captain and having to navigate the the ship home when the waters are rough.

All we need now is for our team to use their time off to charter a boozer cruise with drugs and hookers and we will be the Minnesota Vikings of the NCAA.

How about if he was a condom, and it is his job to protect our team regardless of whether they are stiff competition or limp competitors. Sometimes there may be a few nuts stirring things up in the back, but as long as everyone keeps their head, it should be a positive result playing on the grassy field.
