Well, I did a thread like this earlier in the season, but after 6 weeks we can narrow the list. Here are some undefeated Rose Bowl contenders and their remaining schedules.

#1 USC:

Sat, Oct 15 at (9) Notre Dame
-this will be USC's biggest challenge
Sat, Oct 22 at Washington
Sat, Oct 29 Washington State
Sat, Nov 5 Stanford
Sat, Nov 12 at (18) California
-this game could be dangerous if USC didn't take them seriously, but with a weak SOS USC doesn't have a game to look ahead to.
Sat, Nov 19 Fresno State
Sat, Dec 3 (12) UCLA
-UCLA(who lost to Wyoming in a bowl game last year) lost to USC by 5 points in 2004. It should be interesting to see this rivalry game now that UCLA is better.

#2 Texas:

Sat, Oct 15 (24) Colorado
-Colorado is better than they were last year, and looking pretty good.
Sat, Oct 22 (13) Texas Tech
-Tech is always dangerous
Sat, Oct 29 at Oklahoma State
Sat, Nov 5 at Baylor
Sat, Nov 12 Kansas
Fri, Nov 25 at Texas A&M
-Big time rivalry, can the Aggies pull off the upset?
Big XII Championship
-Having to play Colorado twice is not good for Texas

#3Virginia Tech:

Thu, Oct 20 at Maryland
Thu, Oct 27 (14) Boston College
-BC is looking strong and would like to make noise in their first ACC season.
Sat, Nov 5 (7) Miami (FL)
-Is this ever not a great game?
Sat, Nov 19 at Virginia
Sat, Nov 26 North Carolina
ACC Championship
-Likely matchup with Florida State could have serious BCS implications.

#4 Florida State:

Sat, Oct 15 at Virginia
Sat, Oct 22 at Duke
Sat, Oct 29 Maryland
Sat, Nov 5 North Carolina State
-Win or lose, NC State always keeps it close
Sat, Nov 12 at Clemson
-Can Baby Bowden upset Daddy?
Sat, Nov 26 at (11) Florida
-The Swamp is a hard place to win, period.
ACC Championship
-If they get here, a possible match-up with VT is scary.

#5 Georgia:

Sat, Oct 15 at Vanderbilt
Sat, Oct 22 Arkansas
Sat, Oct 29 at (11) Florida
-This is UGA's biggest remaining challenge
Sat, Nov 12 (21) Auburn
-Auburn is still a good team
Sat, Nov 19 Kentucky
Sat, Nov 26 at Georgia Tech
-Rivalry game on the road is very dangerous
SEC Championship
-LSU, Alabama, and Auburn are possible foes here.

Alabama:

Sat, Oct 15 at Mississippi
Sat, Oct 22 (17) Tennessee
-UT is still good, and Bama hates Fulmer even more than they do Fran
Sat, Oct 29 Utah State
Sat, Nov 5 at Mississippi State
Sat, Nov 12 (10) LSU
-Dangerous team, this could come down to Les Miles' decision making.
Sat, Nov 19 at (21) Auburn
-The Iron Bowl is arguably the best rivalry in college football.
SEC Championship
-Georgia is likely to play this game, but Florida and Tennessee are still in the running.

#8 Penn State

Sat, Oct 15 at Michigan
-As bad as Michigan has played, they are always favored at home.
Sat, Oct 22 at Illinois
Sat, Oct 29 Purdue
Sat, Nov 5 (23) Wisconsin
-Wisconsin is good, but they struggle against good teams.
Sat, Nov 19 at (16) Michigan State
-MSU is pretty good this year, nobody likes to finish the season on the road.

The SEC teams eliminate each other. Too bad for them. VT/FSU - one eliminates the other. The winner pips Texas at the finish due to SOS. Texas feels, with considerable justification, screwed over.

However, should the Dirt Monkeys run the table (nightmare scenario)...jeez, I'm getting quesy at the thought.

Big XII Championship
-Having to play Colorado twice is not good for Texas

It wasn't last time it happened.

Wouldn't it be hilarious if USC and Texas win out, but due to SOS the SEC and ACC winners play for the MNC?

The BCS is a joke. I am going to be a pissed off person if Texas wins out and someone else jumps them. You'll see me really pissed.

I think that college football fans are nearly unanimous in their desire for a playoff system.

The early BCS models have Texas coming in at #3 behind USC and Va Tech. A couple of the polls (Sagarin and one other that I can't remember) have Texas ranked 8th!
