Working from the following premise, "a blowout is a loss by 20+ points".

By that definition, of the 15 losses in the last 2 1/2 seasons, 9 of the 15 are by 20 or more points. Three more were double digit. Only OU and Baylor last season and Clemson this season were less than 10 points.

Little wonder the fans are very unhappy right now.

Interesting statistics SB. I'm really disappointed in Fran and his staff right now and all I'm gonna say is he better make some serious changes if this season continues on the path it's headed at this moment or his job security might not be as good as once thought.

Texag, it is a very unnerving stat. I think we could live with the losses provided the team was playing with zeal and determination. But the consensus appears to be that the team is not. And the coaches must show some fire in the belly. They don't.

Melvin "Mad Dog" Robertson, who was Emory Bellard's DC is retired. Maybe he could come out of retirement and give the pregame talk. Something. He apparently had his guys ready to eat nails and raw meat before the games.

Coach Fran is a manager at best, not really a coach IMO. The ags obviously need someone who will MOTIVATE and COACH not just implement plans/schemes/systems.

I could handle the losses if we were more competitive during them :(

Exactly 07, if we actually looked like we were in the game, or that we were somewhat prepared during these huge losses, they actually might be a little easier to stomach.

The biggest problem is that we don't seem to care what's going on while on the field. And 1 little thing goes against us (e.g. mobley's fumble), and we're out for the whole game. Obviously the players can't be pardoned for their performance, but it's the coaches who should pump them back up, and if the coaches won't, then there should be some player to pick the team up and get them motivated. It's a team (both coaches and players) failing effort.
