I would have moved Ohio State dotting the "i" ahead of FSU, but I agree that the 12th man and the Procession should definitely be 1-2.
The 12th man is a great tradition that every person can participate in, but the Procession at the Army-Navy game is really something special to watch. 12 Man still outranks it though as far as traditions go.

I don't get how dotting the "i" is that great. But, I've never really seen more than a 30 sec clip of it, so maybe I'm missing something.
