Yep..but it's not us -- it's the hosting. They are making some changes and it's affecting a lot of their sites -- but it's off and on.. Hopefully they'll be done soon.

I've heard it's because they are probing for some kind of worm on the servers and it uses a lot of the mysql sockets (this is from memory, so I'm probably wrong), but it means that a lot of the database searches that happens when you click on a thread, don't get completed...

is that what godaddy told you? seems odd that something like that could "kill" the server temporarily.
If they are pulling crap like that (and not telling you outright) its just another reason to move the site to a real hosting company. ;)
