"Students are warned from day one not to take off the screen and not to crawl on the ledges," Bretz said. Sounds easily accessible to me. Since when was opening a window and removing a screen -- inaccessible?

But still ,the University ought to pay for the funeral then sue the parents for raising a stupid/clumsy son.
I can't believe people these days. An adult, drinks a few beers, opens a window, and tries to drop down 5 feet for a smoke. The DA falls and the parents sue the school.
