I'm bringing my 17-7-2 season record to the table and bringing you 6 more games you may want to consider if you're going to put some money down this week.
Minnesota (-3) @ Penn State
Arizona State (+17) vs USC
Oregon State (-2) vs Washington State
Notre Dame (+3) @ Purdue
BYU (-1.5) @ San Diego State
Washington (+21.5) @ UCLA
I've yet to have a losing week...let's hope it doesn't start this week. :gig: What do you guys think?

Yeah, but the rest of the games are hard to pick, and since I bring 6 to the table every week, had to throw that one in there. I like Notre Dame to win though...

Yeah I think the Notre Dame game is gonna be a hard one to pick as well, but I also think USC wins by more than 17 against Arizona State. I'm not sure I could justify betting against USC even with a spread of 30 or so. It just doesn't seem like they can be stopped.

I learned my lesson last week. All of Vly's picks will be correct. :) The only one that I would stay away from is ND.

I like the Notre Dame and Minnesota picks. I was leaning towards that as well. I thought of the Arizona St but am pretty gun shy. Arizona St. is simply rolling people and hung with LSU (even though they lost. although LSU lost as well...). Every year USC has to win one the hard way and this one with a 3 score spread might be the one. Looks like I'm talking my way into it....
No Big 12 games, eh?

I stayed away from the Big XII...wanted to see how it played out before I recommended anything.
As for Arizona State. They're at home -- they're clicking on offense. USC has shown they're not the same USC from last year on defense...I expect Arizona State to put up some good offensive numbers and getting 17 points at home is pretty good. I think Arizona State is "for real" this year and not "overrated." I think this game will prove that they can play with the big boys.
Minnesota should tear up the Penn State defense and then the Gopher defense should keep Robinson in check and take the option away from Penn State (without the option, they stink).
BYU is an offensive machine. Defensively, they're lacking. I expect them to be able to score more than San Diego State if it gets in a shoot out -- so took the -1.5.
I watched Oregon State play last week and saw that they are a much better home team than road team. They follow up that Arizona State loss hosting Washington State. They should beat WSU at home -- so I took the -2 because I expect at least a TD win if not double digits.
And then I went with Willingham and the Huskies against UCLA. For one, i think Washington has seriously underperformed this year. Secondly, I think UCLA is overrated. They beat Oklahoma -- but so did TCU (and Tulsa almost did). The win over OU wasn't too impressive (close until the end) and so I think Washington, comparable too, if not better than OU should go in and play them tough. If you want to spot them 3 TD's, it's almost hard not to take the Huskies.

4-2 this week. Ups my season total to 21-9-2. Apologize for the Minnesota and BYU picks...I rode Minnesota one week too long. I should've expected a let down. Again, it's not a losing week, so here's to getting better next week. :gig:
