I'm a dying breed, I know, but I LOVE westerns! Saw the trailer for this movie while I was watching the Aggie game this past weekend. Looks like a good one! Westerns are pretty rare now at days, one every few years, I rarely go to the theatre, but I think I'll make a trip for this one! Wish I still had Deadwood, c***sucker!

Yep, 3:10 to Yuma was a pretty good one. It was a remake, not sure if you knew that. One of my all time favorites is a little known western titled Barbarosa, I just like the plot. We should start a list of the all time best westerns.

You might as well add Texas Rangers w/ James Van Derbeek and Usher to that illustrious list.
There aren't as many westerns these days, but that one aside, they've been good. I really liked Open Range.

But i dont know if you could really call that a Western or not.
Dont know many more that I have seen worth listing except some of the John Wanye movies.

Some of the Eastwood movies are pretty decent. I like Pale Rider, I like Hang'em High.

Hud is a good movie, though it's not a true western--not the cattle kingdom/late 1800s stuff.
