One cool thing is that on the homepage it brings up icons with the most viewed pages so that you can click on them and jump right to the page.

The EULA basically gives Google property rights to anything you create using it. So Google can use your blog posts, emails, pictures you upload, etc. for any purpose they want and you have no recourse because you accepted the agreement by installing the software. They also plan to save some percentage of the browsing data to study browsing habits and better target their advertising. Basically, all the sneaky crap people have hated Microsoft for and claimed evil intent over...Google is doing that with this browser and is getting your permission to do it by putting it in the EULA.
