Maybe you could get Loftin to join. I hear he knows all about building World-Class running backs.

Goal Line Blitz is an online game that lets you build individual football characters and imaginary football teams. It's free and also not as time consuming as let's say an aggie forum. All you do it check it maybe once a day or a couple times a week and adjust things like training, strategy and some other crap.
You sign a contract with a loser team at first (either CPU or Human owned) and start right into the action. You don't control you player during the games, but you can watch all the plays that occured during the game. It's something you have to see, and not as complex as it sounds unless you actually decide to start your own team. The seasons are not long because you play a game every other day. There are like 1000 teams and 100 leagues. It's widely becoming popular and it's a lot of fun.
If you click on my link and sign-up you'll be helping me out a bit by giving me a few "flex points" to either start a team or boost my one player who is level 1. It's not much, but it'll help me get going.
My first game I was back-up LB and got 3 tackles including a sack. Lucky I guess.
It's a nice little game.

I don't know what defines that term. I would say yes just because it's a computer game. You don't control anyone on the field, just their training and gameday strategy. You also help out your owners determine what gameplan to have before the games.
It's all web-based with limited graphics. Xs and Os really.
