I would like to make some jersey avatars for my team but I do not have access to Photshop. Does anyone know where I can find a good jersey design tool or something simlar on the interenet that I can use to quickly make avatars with names and numbers.
I would be ok with something like this...

with a solid background with name and number in jersey scripts. I just want to be able to pick colors, etc...
