Jim Brown is suing the makers of Madden, because a black player with #32 is featured on the all-time Browns roster. Obviously, that's supposed to be him, but I don't know if this would hold up in court.

Here's how this affects us: what if he wins? Would the NCAA games no longer be allowed to make the players look like the real life players (since they officially aren't allowed to have the likeness of amateur athletes)?
I'm 99% sure he'll lose, but this worries me.
