Batman: Dark Knight

So the movie is almost here. To be honest I was excited about this film since it was announced. I rarely get into movies, but I really liked "Batman Begins".

I'm seeing "Dark Knight" this weekend at the imax with friends back home and also the DoIT Department at Texas A&M is taking a retreat to the cinema on Monday and having a private viewing. The only downside is on Monday there are guest speakers and in the middle of the film we take a lunch break.

Some guys on the radio in Austin had press passes to see the invite only premiere last night. They said that is might be the best movie that they have ever seen.

dude...Barcelona is AWESOME!

Take at least one day to just soak it in...sit at a side cafe, order a pitcher (or 3) of sangrias & people watch on La Rambla...also check out the cool street performers :gig:

Side Car is a cool underground club...but I was offered drugs several times...(like that is any different from the states though?)...

Back on subject...I CAN'T WAIT to see this movie...but I will. We're going to wait until next weekend to see it on the IMAX (the crowds this week will be too much).

ok so I saw the 310 am showing in tomball and it is probably the best comic book movie ever some of the best action sequences i've ever seen couldn't stip talking about it on the 130 min drive home can't wait to see it again

i saw the midnight showing.... and it was really good but i did think it dragged on a bit too long. (they really had 3 endings to the movie and i thought they should have ended it after the second).

but the joker was a badass and i really liked his version.... the best joker ever imo.

there is something else i was happy about but it would contain a pretty major spoiler so i wont post about it yet.

i saw the 110 am since all the other showings were sold out....just woke up too.

woke up to a bunch of water in my kitchen, spending the day cleaning that up. yay!

i saw it last night at midnight in houston. OFF THE HOOK! that sheeit was awesome.

i got back to the house at around 3:30am and had to get up for work at 6:30am. pretty much worth it.

I saw it with my friends in Tomball Saturday afternoon at the IMAX. It's a really good movie, but it's sad that Ledger is gone now. He did a really good job and sort of carried the film. It's very dark, but that's a good change from the Marvel flicks. I normally hate super-hero films, but the last 2 Batman films have been really really entertaining.

saw it last night, and it was definitely awesome. but i didn't like the ending. i know why they did that way, but i wish they had gotten there a different way.
