Tech vs. Indiana State

How many points will Tech score against Indiana State on 9/24? The mighty Sycamores were upset by NAIA powerhouse St. Francis over the weekend by the count of 42-10. This should be a good one. I hope ABC picks it up for a national telecast.

If Tech scores a 100 they are going to be ripped apart by the media. Remember when Houston tried to do it to SMU (the year after the Death Penalty), I think they got to 95 or something like that. Anyway, UH got ripped a new one by the media for drastically running the score up. 80-90 is probably a good estimate.

I would agree, most likely you will see the same type game plan from TTU as they played SHSU, 1st team will play until half, then backups will play for the rest of the game. Unfortunately, I don't fully remember the UH-SMU game, but I think they were actually trying to score 100. If TTU would have tried they could have done it vs SHSU, they may do it next week without trying...

Leach will not make the mistake of posting more than 80 points. He may be a jerk about running the score sometimes, but even he knows that the media will absolutely rape him if he goes too nuts on Indiana State. At least I hope he knows... :undecided

My dad & brother are getting pretty annoyed with the score running against sub-par competition. My dad sent a nastygram to the AD for Tech following the SHSU beating--not sure if he donates enough for the letter to avoid the circular file.
