We played them DEAD EVEN again... & even won the Turnover Battle...

We had ZERO Turnovers, they threw 1 INT....

They rushed for 50yds. We rushed for 59yds.

They threw for 346yds. We threw for 325yds.

Well, we kind of stole that first game from them when they missed a FG in OT, so it is hard to be too upset when it happens back to us. We did everything we needed to do to win except make a 41.5 and 52 yd field goals. Although as was said, if we had converted to TDs in the RZ, we would have won the game.

The rushing total for our defense is even better when you consider that 22 of their rushing yards came on the last two plays of the game.

WOW... that play we forced the fumble... our whole defense was 100% back-ups...

Had we recovered that fumble... that would have been sweet...

But that shows our depth... Even with all Back-Ups we lost little to nothing in productivity.

On their long pass to the HB for a TD, I think Rock Goodag had coverage responsibility and blew it biting on a pump fake. Either that or the FS was supposed to cover over the top and got tangled up with the CBs.

I think Pinetar had the coverage on him. He rolled with him when he breaks out of the backfield, then stops short to triple team the curl... :headslap:

Yeah, I think the QB must have pump faked to a short route receiver, because both Rock and Pinetar stopped short and came back, allowing the HB to run free.

Don't know what to make of it... But I just got a message back saying that whatever we did this last game seems to have worked... He hadn't heard of a bug at the FB position with other teams.

The distribution of carries apparently. I swear...I changed nothing...the computer just gave him more carries for probably the first time all season.
