Should be a decent matchup. The other team is not that great either.

How does Hays have an offensive team chemistry of 85 while LOD's is only 76?

Chemistry is based off of how recently you made trades or cut players. LOD has several folks who decided they didn't want to be on the team and they left, which damages team chemistry. Replacing those players with new players also hurts chemistry. They do not penalize for releasing CPU players, so when Hays picked up new human players and released their CPU players, it did less to their chemistry.
