If anybody has any issues with the offensive depth chart, feel free to PM me and I will gladly discuss the reason you are where you are and give you feedback on the role your position plays in the offensive settings. I don't intend to reopen position battles, but if there is an obvious disparity that develops over the remaining games, I will have an open mind about how players share time at a position. I intend to keep doing what Pum has done to try to get everybody as much equal time as I can, so please don't come to me after your player has one good game and point out that you are 1 TD or one pancake ahead of the starter who had one bad game. The whole idea of this team is that it shouldn't matter who starts because we will all see nearly equal time and if everybody is equal in ability, that validates our approach.

Also keep in mind that part of the reason some of the backups seem to have really outstanding games is because they may be going against other backups on a team with alot less depth than we have. Any trend in performance will be judged over several games, not on a game by game basis.

well hell.... sorry guys, but i was out from thrus afternoon till this afternoon and just saw all the crap that hit the fan...... i am cool with everything above, just mad it came to this....

Pum, I see that I have access to the finances, but I don't see that I can do anything other than stadium upgrades and pricing for tickets and such. PM'd you, but curious what I'm expected to do.

I can't do anything with player contracts (which affects financial stuff) -- is that intentional?
