Yeah, I think J-Train does us a lot more good with the ball in his hands, but he is a damn good blocker. Whether it's running, catching, throwing or blocking, he's the one player you can count on to do his job and do it well.

He's always done a good job picking up blitzes and the like...I think its one of the reasons the move to FB was made. He can stay in and block and the D has to dedicate someone to him in coverage because he can and will catch the hell out of the ball.

I can't see the clip here at work, but if it is the one i think it is, both blocks are on the same guy...poor kid probably got 2 concussions on a single play.

I haven't personally seen him do that so I can't say. It wouldn't surprise me, though. It would be cool if Sherman let him kick his own extra points after he gets a TD.

My opinion of J-Train's blocking ability is not based on that highlight. We saw J-Train used as a decoy A TON last season (unfortunately), and he is a very solid blocker.
