I'm not gonna go that far, this is his first time back at the college level and he's only been at it 4-5 months. There's gonna be a learning curve and he knows the college level has changed drastically since he was doing it here last time. He knew how important this weekend was for recruiting since he was pumping it in every video or press conference he had. So i'm just going to wait and see what happens.

Since everyone seems to be jumping on the idea that Sherman doesn't know how recruiting is done succesfully these days compared to when he was here before, my question is, aren't their guys on the staff or hell somebody somewhere that could say hey coach listen, this is how things are done these days and we need to start offering people. I mean it seems like it should be obvious how things are done these days and it shouldn't be that big of a deal to change from offering later in the year to offering now.

I went to go read Scout.com and one of their stories about A&M said Lowe was not ready to commit. It said Lowe was going to take his time, take some visits in the Fall, and then make his decision.

Cassidy was Sherman's first coaching hire I believe just of the purpose of keeping the recruits committed on board and starting the recruiting engine for this year. I'm a little concerned there's some concern in this area but I bet most likely there's more to it. If we wanted someone we probably offered. The DT from Carter committed so we know at least one offer was handed out.

I have read where Coach Kines is still in the eval phase on defensive recruits. I don't know if this Akeem is defense or offense though.

you konw theres room for concern but also at the same time yall are being a little hasty

some criticized him for not closing Frans class out which is not really to fair him given the situation

but the feeling im getting is the staff is really evaluating these kids and not throwing offers away all willy neelly to any johnny come latley ready to sign with the first offer he gets. It seems that he's taking tihe no B/S route and saying we don't have time for games if you commit then be faithful go with your heart but understand youre not the only one out there wanting to come to A&M. Its their choice to commit early but if you do he wants COMMITMENT

If some of these kids get offended, Ok see ya if you can't take a straight up statement sorry
