Don't you think it is kind of a bad idea to post it out in a public area....
How else then? I changed it to GLB Inboxes but I know not everyone checks them before games.

Quoting it wasn't a good idea either. I can change my original post. But can you edit a quote.

Done: I figured ta hell with it..... It's not what you do but how you do it.....We are pretty balanced across the board so it's not like anyone can set up a plan to pick on anyone...

Also I'd like to put it out there.... That several players are going into todays game shy of 100% energy....

If your players #'s suffer... It could be because he was not given enough rest or needs more STAMINA...
So if your watching a re-play & your player is not in the game when they normally are.... Might want to give a look at how your are Training them....
Just putting it out there... ;)

And remember if you are at 88% after a game you can do normal trainin and then intense (no relaxed)...
This will help a little with the numbers...

i had zak attak on relaxed training the last 2 days... but i have increased his stamina with skill points and through training the last two days as well... hopefully after this game, he wont go down to less than 80 energy so i can get more intense training in....

pinetar willy really needs to look at his energy more.... going into the game at 75% is not good when we only have 2 fs's and 2 ss's.....

Agreed...
But if your player is BELOW 82% energy after a game.... You might want to use Relaxed Training & boost his Stamina up.....

Pum - I appreciate and most often implement suggestions on player set-up, in fact my strats are very similary to the above. On the other hand, it takes a lot of fun out of the game if I'm not free to set up tactics as I see fit. While I understand the need for the GM and AGM's to set the tone, I hope that you can accept that I build my players with their strategies in mind & will continue, while giving considerable weight to these suggestions, to set my own tactics.

I know... but that's why I said...
But for everything else this is where we would like you to be to best help the Defense.
It's not set in stone....
Players are different in real life... Jordan Peterson is a hard hitter, Danny Gorrer isn't... and so on....
You can train or set your Player how you like....
But just like in Real Life... as the Head Coach.... I'm going to tell the players where I would like them to be...
I doubt Coach Malone told Peterson to be the only hard hitting CB on the team last year....
Ya know what I mean.... I'm not coming down with a hammer or anything like that... I'm just saying, this is where we would like everyone's players to be......
That's all.... :gig:

Oh... before I forget... I can accpet that you & everyone else will build their players how they want...
I have no problem with that at all... Otherwise the game would be boring...

Here we go...players aren't buying into the coach's program...:undecided:
Next thing you know we will have a string of run-ins with the police for various minor incidents...recruits decommitting...negative recruiting from other schools...pot bangers calling for the coach's firing. I have seen where this ends, and it isn't pretty...Sorry Pum...

On the bright side (Pum's glass 1/2 full vision), I have been warned & can now avoid the impending doom.
